I’ve never found a problem with being younger than my colleagues. There is a massive range of ages in the people that work in my department, and everyone is respected and respectful.

My boss is really nice, and gives me the freedom to do work that I enjoy. He also gives me time to do things like this (answer questions for I’m a scientist), which I really appreciate.
