No, I’m not a researcher but a clinician. I use the cures that others have developed to treat my patients.

No, I haven’t developed any cures. I work on my computer so I have analysed data to see if taking HIV medication when the doctors says (at regular intervals) works better then irregularly (now and then). Even if people take the same number of pills, taking them at regular intervals (say 8am, 4pm and midnight, for example) keeps the virus levels down.
More generally, I use my computer to analyse data on how diseases spread. This helps public health workers to know how many cases to expect in the next few days (which helps with planning and knowing where medics are needed). I contributed to the control of Ebola in West Africa as part of the WHO Ebola Response Team (WHO= World Health Organization).
