Question: If you were an infectious disease, which would you be and why?

I like HPV – you get into the skin cells and if the immune system doesn’t remove you, you take your time and start to cause cancer – plus, it is very infectious so I’d be able to infect lots of people – the ideal pathogen is one that has high infectivity but doesn’t kill the host quickly. Another example is the common cold or rhinovirus.

This is an excellent question. Maybe I’d be some that recurs like chicken pox virus so I’d visit a lot of lively small children as chicken pox and sometimes revisit them as shingles when they get older.
