Hi,
My top tip would be to work on the past papers to get an idea of the style of the questions and what the examiners are looking for.
I would also suggest making a summary page of notes: try and put all the important facts on 1 or 2 pages. Making this will help you think about what the most important things in the course are and remind yourself about them.
For maths and science I also wrote important formulas on plain paper and stuck them on my bedroom wall so that I would see them every single day!
