      Hello,

      If I can get a genetic control method sorted out for my insect then I would like to:

      1. Help the farmers and countries that are currently experiencing the problems with my insect. There are many countries in Africa that the insect is found. My insect (the whitefly) can cause diseases that destroys different crops. One of these is the cassava. Cassava is staple in many countries because it is drought resistant and can survive in tough soil. So if the whitefly is not controlled it can cause money problems and starvation for many people.

      2. I would also want to be able to create a tool that if the insect comes into the UK that we will be able to get rid of it before it causes devastation to the British farmers.
