No A levels at my Scottish school. I did Higher grade Maths, English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, then Biology, Chemistry and Physics Sixth Year Studies.
I started A Levels in History, Maths and English but couldn’t settle so switched to a GNVQ in Art & Design for Yr12. I then left 6th Form and studied for BTEC ONC Electrical/Electronic Engineering part-time whilst working full-time.
Balancing working a studying is tough, but a great skill to learn. It is so important to find something that you enjoy and can stick at. Well done for being brave enough to take the leap and switch when something wasn’t right for you.
